Gloss 0.5
July 13, 2009 | filed under: Announcements, News, plugins
Back in January I officially released my first WordPress plugin, Gloss. It’s a simple glossary management plugin. I worked on it for a few weeks after release and then let it go as my final semester of grad school got very busy. Today, I’m very happy to announce Gloss 0.5. In this version I made some small fixes and optimizations, as well as the ability to edit the name of an existing Glossary. But it’s with this release that I am also announcing Gloss 1.0, which will have some major updates, including:
- The ability to page glossaries by Letter
- Support for languages other than English
- The ability to link to terms
- Code refactoring and optimizations
You can look for that to be released late July/early August. If you have suggestions, or any code contributions, feel free to contact me. In the mean time, check out Gloss’s web page here, or the official WordPress page.
